Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to stipulate the terms and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Saerom FS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") on the website (http://commodining.com).
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who uses the services provided by the company under this agreement
2. Service Agreement: A contract between the company and the user regarding the use of the service
3. Registration: The act of completing the service agreement by filling out the required information on the application form provided by the company and agreeing to this agreement
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information required for membership on this site
5. User ID: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user and approved by the company for identifying members and facilitating service use (one ID per resident registration number)
6. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect their personal information
7. Termination: The act of the company or member terminating the service agreement
Article 3 (Effect and Changes of the Agreement)
Members may request membership withdrawal (termination) if they do not agree with the revised agreement. If they continue to use the service without expressing refusal within seven days of the effective date of the revised agreement, it is deemed that they agree to the changes.
① The agreement becomes effective when posted on the service screen or announced through a notice board or other means.
② The company may change the agreement if deemed necessary, and the revised agreement will be announced on the service screen. If members continue using the service without expressing refusal within seven days of the announcement, it is deemed that they agree to the changes.
③ If the user does not agree with the revised agreement, they may cancel their membership and discontinue the service. Continued use implies agreement to the changes, which take effect in the same manner as stated above.
Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)
Matters not specified in this agreement are governed by the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws and regulations.

Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement
Article 5 (Formation of Service Agreement)
The service agreement is formed upon the company's acceptance of the user's application and the user's agreement to the terms of this agreement.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
Applications for use can be made by recording personal information on the membership application form provided by the company on the service information screen.
Article 7 (Acceptance of Application)
① The company accepts the service application if the user accurately completes all fields in the application form, barring special circumstances.
② The company may not accept applications in the following cases:
1. If the application is not made in the applicant’s real name
2. If another person's name is used for the application
3. If the application is filled out with false information
4. If the purpose of the application is to disrupt public order or good morals
5. If the application does not meet other requirements set by the company
Article 8 (Changes to Contract Details)
Members must update their information if there are changes to the details provided during application. Members are responsible for any issues that arise from not making these updates.

Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 9 (Company’s Obligations)
The company will not disclose or distribute members' personal information obtained through service provision to third parties without the members' consent. However, this does not apply if requested by a government agency according to laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, for investigation purposes, or as stipulated by related laws.
Article 10 (Member’s Obligations)
① Members must not engage in the following when using the service:
1. Illegally using another member’s ID
2. Copying, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to third parties
3. Infringing on the company’s or third-party copyrights or other rights
4. Disseminating content that violates public order or good morals
5. Engaging in acts that are objectively connected to crime
6. Violating other related laws
② Members cannot conduct business activities using the service, and the company is not responsible for any results from such activities.
③ Members cannot transfer or provide their service usage rights or other contractual status to third parties as a gift or collateral.

Chapter 4: Service Use
Article 11 (Member’s Obligations)
① Members are responsible for managing their mail, bulletin boards, and registration materials.
② Members cannot arbitrarily delete or modify materials provided by the company.
③ Members must not post content on the company’s website that violates public order, good morals, or infringes third-party copyrights or other rights. Members are responsible for any consequences of such postings.
Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)
The company may restrict memory space, message size, or storage duration for efficient service operation and may delete content without notice in the following cases:
1. Content defaming or slandering another member or third party
2. Content violating public order or good morals
3. Content related to criminal acts
4. Content infringing on copyrights or other rights of the company or third parties
5. Content containing obscene materials or linking to obscene sites
6. Content violating other related laws
Article 13 (Copyright of Posts)
The copyright of posts belongs to the poster, and members cannot commercially use information obtained from the service, such as by processing or selling it.
Article 14 (Service Availability)
Service is available 24/7 unless there are operational or technical issues. Regular maintenance or unexpected situations may require service interruption.
Article 15 (Service Use Responsibility)
Members must not engage in activities such as hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegally distributing commercial software. The company is not liable for any resulting business losses or legal actions taken by relevant authorities.
Article 16 (Service Suspension)
The company may suspend service in the following cases:
1. Unavoidable circumstances such as facility maintenance
2. If a period telecommunications business operator suspends services as per the Telecommunications Business Act
3. When system maintenance is necessary
4. Due to force majeure

Chapter 5: Termination and Restrictions on Use
Article 17 (Termination and Restrictions on Use)
① Members wishing to terminate the agreement must apply for termination online, and the company will verify their identity and process the request.
② The company must notify members 30 days in advance and allow them to present their case before termination in the following cases:
1. Using another person’s ID or password
2. Intentionally disrupting service operation
3. Applying with false information
4. Registering multiple IDs for the same person
5. Distributing content that violates public order or good morals
6. Defaming or disadvantaging others
7. Sending large amounts of information or advertisements to disrupt stable service
8. Spreading viruses causing equipment malfunction or data destruction
9. Infringing on the company’s or others’ intellectual property rights
10. Illegally using another person’s personal information, ID, or password
11. Posting obscene materials or linking to obscene sites
12. Violating other related laws

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members cannot transfer or provide their service usage rights or other contractual status as a gift or collateral.
Article 19 (Liability for Damages)
The company is not liable for any damage incurred by members from free services, except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence of the company.
Article 20 (Disclaimer)
① The company is not responsible for service disruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
② The company is not liable for damages from service suspension due to maintenance, replacement, or unavoidable circumstances.
③ The company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the member’s negligence.
④ The company is not responsible for any expected benefits from service use or damages from data obtained through the service.
⑤ The company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members.
Article 21 (Jurisdiction)
Disputes arising from service use will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the company's location.
